Flight Disruptions Pty Ltd is an Australian based company established in 2016. We provide assistance to airlines during delays, cancellations, diversions, denied boarding and misconnections where passengers require hotel accommodation and transportation.

Additionally we manage the transportation of mishandled and damaged baggage. We also assist airline staff with hotel accommodation bookings for leisure travel.

Q Delays & Disruptions – Hotels & Transport


Our dedicated team are here to support your needs during delays and disruptions. We have negotiated competitive hotel and transport rates across Australia.

Our on site representation at selected Australian Airports ensures that you have maximum support at your time of need. If you need assistance:

1. Contact Us: Call 1300 777 380 for Delays, Disruptions & Misconnections. Confirm your request in writing to admin@flightdisruptions.com (Advance notice STPC & Duty Travel bookings can be emailed to admin@flightdisruptions.com)

2. Advise Us: Passenger numbers, number of rooms required, amenity amounts by cabin class breakdown.

3. Rooming List: If your airport team has a passenger rooming list available please scan and send this to us – admin@flightdisruptions.com

4. Confirmation: Once the hotel property and/or transport has been confirmed a voucher will be emailed to you. This voucher supports our invoices which are payable within 14 days. Return hotel to airport transport will be confirmed once the times have been communicated by the airline to Flight Disruptions Pty Ltd.

Our team will communicate the next day passenger wake up and pick up time to the hotel once instructed by the airline of these arrangements. Subject to operational availability we can provide complimentary curbside and hotel assistance when there is a minimum of 100 passengers at the same hotel property (Sydney only).

Q Baggage Deliveries


Our Baggage Butlers don’t just deliver baggage we will call you prior to delivery along with an apology letter in multiple languages. Our trained team are here to reassure your passengers that we care.

Q Cashless Payment Cards (EFTPOS & VISA)


Our EFTPOS or VISA Cashless Payment Cards allow your operational team to have quick access to cash payments for passenger compensation. Tailored solutions to your operational needs where any amount can be loaded.

Flight Disruption or Airline branded blank card stock will be provided to your team leaving you with the options of when this is loaded and for what value. Cashless EFTPOS/VISA Payment Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of activation. (IR payment Cards & Denied Boarding Compensation Cards)

Meal Voucher EFTPOS Payment Cards are valid for 24 hours from the date of activation. These cards can be used at any retail outlet where EFTPOS facilities are available.

Q Cab Charge Supply & Account Management


Flight Disruptions Pty Ltd can provide your operation with cab charge e-tickets. We offer capped or uncapped amounts that enable your team to effectively manage any delay or disruption for passengers who are returning home or to a hotel where numbers do not require bus transport.

Our team will manage the account for you and dispute any charges that are higher than average for the journey used. All cab charge e-ticket stock is accompanied with passenger reconciliation sheets so your team can reconcile the stock used at post delay or cancellation.

Under the airline instruction we also manage misuse by cancelling distributed stock that has not been used on the delay or cancellation date. This is also applicable for the passengers return journey to the airport.
